When Barb is talking on the phone, especially when she is interviewing someone, she tends to pace around the backyard with her headset on, gesticulating wildly. The other day I tried to catch a photo of her, because it's so HER, it's so delightful to watch. I didn't happen to snap the shutter while her arms were moving, but you get the sense of her, oblivious to the scents and sights of the yard, while she focused on the task at hand.
